5. Children’s Privacy

The Company’s services are not directed to, nor does the Company knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a minor, it will take immediate and reasonable steps to delete such information from its records.

6. Policy Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at its sole discretion. Any revisions shall be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” The User’s continued use of the services subsequent to such changes shall constitute binding acceptance of the revised Policy.
